We want you to be 100% happy with your new equipment, so all purchases are covered by our 30 day free returns policy.
We offer free returns for all UK orders within 30 days of purchase.
To be eligible for a refund the following criteria apply:
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase.
- Returned items must be in an unused condition with no evident wear. In the event that a returned item shows signs of use or is tarnished/damaged, a refund will not be issued. Instead, the item will be returned to you, and applicable shipping costs will be incurred.
- Returned items must have the original tags still attached where applicable.
- Returned items must be in their original packaging in a re-sealable condition.
- If the value of the remaining items that aren’t returned is below the free shipping threshold for the selected service this will be deducted from your refund.
- Any additional payment made to upgrade shipping to an express service is non-refundable. For orders under £59.99 refunds will only cover the standard Royal Mail Tracked 48 fee of £4.00, for orders over £59.99 there will be no refunds on any shipping amounts paid.
Upon receipt and examination of your return, an automated email will be sent to notify you about the completion of your refund or exchange. If your return fails to meet the aforementioned criteria, we will reach out to you to provide an explanation for the rejection of your return.
Once your return is authorized, if you have requested a refund, it will be promptly credited back to your initial payment method. While the processing on our end is immediate, it might take up to 72 hours for the refund to reflect on your statement. If the refund does not appear within this timeframe, kindly get in touch with us for further assistance.
To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:
- Fill in the returns form below on this page.
- We will send you a pre-paid returns label or drop off point scannable barcode within 24 hours.
- Re-package your items in a suitable box/mailing bag.
- Attach your label and drop off your return to any local post office. Or take your return to your local Yodel drop off point, scan your barcode and attach your label.
- Ask for a receipt as proof of postage in case your return is lost in transit.
